Positive feedback

Another positive testimonial has come in, this one from an HCPC interim order application.  I've put it up here: Testimonials

These interim order applications can be hellishly difficult.  Because arguing that you have not done what you are accused of does not help in the slightest, you need to be inventive in your approach.  The steps that can and need to be taken differ from case to case, and when you present your case to the interim order panel, it can be challenged by the HCPC, the panel and even the legal assessor, so you are likely to benefit from specialist advice and representation.  At an interim order review hearing recently, the environment for me was quite hostile.  Goodness knows how it would have been for the registrant without representation!

At the moment, I have 32 regulatory cases, 8 of them with the HCPC and 22 with the NMC. They range from a rape allegation, to theft of and possession of Class A drugs, and dishonesty and capability matters [See my list of current cases here].   I can comfortably handle 40 cases, and I often have availability for urgent interim order applications, or other fitness to practice hearings at short notice.

Look at my testimonials and my case studies, and let me know here if you have any feedback, positive or not!
