Reviews matter!

When you are subject to an order restricting your practice, it is important to be aware of your right to review of that order.  Not only is there a regular review after the order has been in place for a certain amount of time, but you also have the right to apply for an early review.  At the review, you will get an opportunity to show the panel why they should change the order or remove it entirely.  It's a time where you are likely to benefit from proper advice, because the restriction in your practice is likely to be affecting your ability to earn or to change jobs.

When you are looking for that advice, reviews (testimonials) matter.  They tell you, along with case studies, the breadth of a practitioner's experience and what results they are getting for their clients.  The more detailed the reviews, the more you can get a true sense of what sort of service you can expect.  Check the reviews left on other practitioners' sites.  I leave the reviews left for me untouched, spelling mistakes and all, so that you can see they are genuine.  Recently a client was referred to me by the panel secretary of one of the regulators, who had seen me in action over the course of a 3 day hearing.  Obviously as a non-client they couldn't leave me a review, but a better compliment about the way I fight for my clients I could not ask for!

When your practice has been restricted, take the opportunity to get the order reviewed and arm yourself with the best possible representation for you. Check those reviews!
