Look for lawyers like you

Last year, the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) apologised and promised action after an independent review of its culture highlighted safeguarding concerns, and found that people working in the organisation have experienced racism, discrimination and bullying.

The perception, perhaps justified, of many of our clients, is that of a regulator which does not have equality, diversity and inclusion at its core.

We pride ourselves on our culturally and ethnically diverse client base, confident that our own lived experience enables us to relate to our clients in a way other firms in this sector cannot. A simple search for “fitness to practise solicitor” will bring up several firms owned or staffed by lawyers who don’t reflect our life journey, and who may well not reflect yours.

When you tell us about the experiences within your workplace, in the NHS and elsewhere, we listen and we really do understand, deeply.

To speak to lawyers who care, act swiftly and call us on 01223 803873.
